Parapet observation report template

The DOB does not publish a form for the annual Local Law 126 parapet observation. It sets out what the report must contain in 1 RCNY §103-15, and the owner keeps the report (nothing is submitted). This template follows the rule item by item. Print it or save it as a PDF.

  • Due: observation done and the report in your records by December 31 every year.
  • Keep it: at least six years, and produce it if the DOB asks.
  • Unsafe condition: the person who did the observation notifies the DOB immediately, and it must be corrected within 90 days.
Have us do the inspection
